Cheap Cheap Closeout was founded by Tom Brickman, creator of The Frugal Gay, a longtime reseller with more than 20 years of experience finding value in closeouts, overstock and overlooked inventory.

What began as an eBay business has grown into a source for brand-name beauty, hair care, fragrance, accessories, case packs and reseller-ready inventory. Since 2004, we have sold more than 15,000 items while maintaining 99.8% positive eBay feedback.

We serve both everyday bargain hunters and resellers looking for affordable inventory without confusing memberships, hidden prices or unnecessarily large minimum orders. Our pricing is public, and stocked inventory can be purchased directly through the website.

Because we specialize in closeouts and limited inventory, our selection changes constantly. Some products may have discontinued packaging, retailer labels or minor exterior packaging wear. Those details will be disclosed whenever applicable. Once a deal sells out, it may not return.
